Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.\nYour role\nWe are looking for a Transport Analyst who will support the coordination and monitoring of transport flows for various business units within the company. You will collaborate with internal departments and external logistics providers to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.\nMain responsibilities\n\nCoordinate and update shipment schedules with transport providers (UPS, DHL, GLS, SDA, etc.)\nProvide and verify weekly EMEA Transportation Service Levels. Build and develop new KPIs.\nCommunicate delays, disruptions, or transport-related incidents to all stakeholders.\nRequest and analyze transport quotations for internal client.\nHandle disputes related to damaged, lost, or delayed goods, including claim management.\nMonitor parcel inventories at carriers and coordinate with internal departments.\nOrganize specific shipments or returns, including customs-sensitive or R&D; items.\nEnsure compliance with transport regulations (IATA, ADR, IMG) and company purchasing policies.\nOrganize and lead weekly transport meetings with carriers and internal clients.\nMaintain and share contact lists and documentation related to transport operations.\nAct as backup to the Transport Manager during absences, managing issues and updating procedures.\n\nMain requirements\n\nDegree / Master in Engineering, logistics, transport, or a related field.\nExperience in logistics or supply chain coordination is preferred.\nProficiency in English (spoken and written).\nGood understanding of cost analysis and planning tools.\nStrong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.\nAbility to manage stress and solve problems proactively.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nAnalytical mindset\nStrong skills in Microsoft Excel and general Office Suite\n\nOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
