For our ERP Development Team based in Ormelle (TV), we are looking for a SAP QM and PM Implementer, reporting directly to the APO & Production Planning Team Manager.
Representative Activities
* Implement and support SAP QM (Quality Management) and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
* Configure SAP QM and PM processes according to best practices and organizational needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, PP, etc.).
* Provide end user training and documentation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QM and PM functionalities.
* Participate in system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Proven experience in SAP QM and PM module implementation and support.
* Strong understanding of quality management processes and plant maintenance workflows.
* Ability to design and configure SAP solutions based on business needs.
* Experience with integration points between QM/PM and other SAP modules.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
* Experience in S/4HANA environment.
* Knowledge of ABAP debugging or basic development skills.
* Familiarity with industry-specific best practices.
What we are offering
On-site position (no full remote option)
Salary package: from 40,000 Euro gross per year / 13 months installment - CCNL Industry Rubber Plastic
Available to evaluate Consultant / Free Lance contract with a minimum of 75% time availability
Flexible daily working hours
Possibility of remote working one day per week upon proven achievement of operational autonomy.
