Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support a global HR compliance project in Italy. This role involves locating, organizing, and reviewing historical employee files—both physical and digital—to ensure accuracy and completeness for compliance purposes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in environments where records may be archived or difficult to access. Open to non-HR backgrounds —data clerks, records specialists, administrators, or anyone with file review experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
File Retrieval & Organization
* Locate and collect employee records from various storage locations, including physical archives, boxes, closets, and digital systems
* Visit on-site and off-site storage areas as needed to retrieve files
* Organize and categorize files according to project guidelines
Data Review & Documentation
* Assess employee files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with project standards
* Document findings, maintain detailed logs of retrieved files, and track progress
* Report inconsistencies, missing documents, or discrepancies to project leads
* Handle confidential information in compliance with data privacy regulations
Collaboration & Problem-Solving
* Work closely with regional HR teams and procurement partners
* Coordinate efforts across locations and escalate issues as needed
* Investigate and resolve problems related to missing or misfiled records
Qualifications
Required Experience
* Experience in records management, data entry, administration, or similar roles
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Comfortable handling confidential information

* Professionals experienced in reviewing, sorting, and organizing files or data

Technical & Soft Skills
