We are looking for aProject Managerthat will coordinate internal resources andtechnical activities for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and meeting project's objectives by considering customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for executing assigned projects on time and on budget and in accordance with order requirements, assuring planned milestones and invoicingCoordination of the assigned project teamFocal point for communication with the customerPrepare and manage the project schedule and all the periodic reports required by customersPlan and manage KOM and PIM with the customerPlan and manage project meetingsDocumntation submission and comments in coordination with Blutek documents controllerPreparing the documentations required for the invoice of the milestone achieved.Participate in the final inspections of the package with Quality and Technical Office.Coordinate the packing by interacting with packer and Logistics for permits / delivery, etc.Manage the post delivery activities and assure the closure of the punch lists (completion of supply, NC, various to be managed with the customer).Manage claims with the customer until the completion of the commissioning.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering or other technical related degree.Project Management credited course preferred.Must have at least 5-7 years experience in Project Management, preferably in Oil & GAsTravel & Work ArrangementsApprox. 100% of office#J-18808-Ljbffr
