Receptionist Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing the reception area, ensuring a professional and efficient experience for all visitors and contractors.
* Issue site Health & Safety leaflets and arrange site safety inductions.
* Manage the visitor calendar, Right Crowd system, and coordinate visitor/meeting arrangements.
* Work with LP/Security to manage the Right Crowd system.
* Manage the site switchboard, answer inbound phone calls, and direct messages to the relevant people.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, and able to multitask. They should also have a high standard of personal presentation and be willing to grow the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reception area in a professional manner.
* Ensure all visitors and contractors are signed in efficiently.
* Assist with the management of the visitor calendar and Right Crowd system.
* Pro-actively co-ordinate visitor/meeting arrangements.
* Work with LP/Security to manage the Right Crowd system.
* Manage the site switchboard to answer inbound phone calls/queries and direct messages.
