Key Tasks Include

Calendar management and alignment for the aforementioned executivesTravel arrangements (domestic and international), including purchasing and expense reportingPrioritisation and coordination of multiple work activities within tight deadlinesApplication of initiative and judgement within established guidelines, support on special project for the Country Manager OfficeOrganisation of employee eventsProven experience to write speech for internal and external events supporting team communications 3+ years of experience supporting senior managementFluent in EnglishBright, high‐energy individual, with a passion for learningFlawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detailProven ability to manage tasks and projects in a structured wayStrong teamwork skills and the ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with othersGood relationship management skills, with the ability to build a personal network throughout the companyAbility to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needsStrong Excel, PowerPoint, mail, and calendaring skills (Gmail and Gcal experience a plus) Working in a company similar to Salesforce and / or software vendor Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.
