Social network you want to login/join with: Risorse Professional, a company specialized in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for the following position on behalf of a leading international law firm: IT Support Specialist Responsibilities Take ownership of problems and incidents and see them through to resolution working with various global teams, keeping users informed about their incident status; Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of laptop and desktop hardware such as re-imaging and laptop replacements; Monitor and report issues to the responsible teams following the ITIL incident and problem management model. Log incidents, change requests, problems, and service requests in the ServiceNow incident management system; Identify root causes of incidents using analytical tools such as NextThink; Provide expert advice on the NetDocuments document management system, Microsoft Office products especially Outlook, Word, and Teams, and other core technologies; Assist with scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of videoconference calls; Work closely with the NOC team to identify issues and work on servers and network hardware where required; Administer the office phone system (Teams); Escalate security issues to the information security team when appropriate and whitelist new software; Provide floor support for MFDs (printers, copiers, scanners) and coordinate reprographics work with external suppliers and document services. Technical Qualifications Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office; Desktop support experience with excellent communication skills; Knowledge of NetDocuments, iManage, or similar document management systems; Experience supporting iPhones including use of MDM solutions such as InTune; Law firm experience; Knowledge of MS Office suite of products; Experience with video conference systems such as Cisco, Neat, or Poly; Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MOS; Degree-level education; Experience with Dell hardware; Knowledge of ServiceNow or other call logging systems; Experience supporting printers and MFDs. Additional Qualifications Proficient in English (minimum B2 level); Ability to communicate clearly with users without confusing jargon; Effective communication with IT teams, management, and other firm personnel; Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and write technical documentation; Ability to coordinate multiple, simultaneous tasks; Flexibility to work flexible hours, travel occasionally, and participate in an on-call rota system as required.
