As part of our Quality & FS Dept we are looking for a QA- Quality and Food safety Specialist that will be based in our offices in Parma. The individual will report to the Food safety Risk assessment and management Sr. Manager. Purpose: She/he supports the development and implementation at global level of Food safety management system processes (HACCP, Food defense) and for the management of Q&FS regulated risks. Key Accountabilities _HCCP_: - She/he is responsible for the development of harmonized methodologies and global guidelines relating to HACCP. - She/he works in strong cooperation with people in Q&FS central headquarter, regional teams and Q&TM, to guarantee the perfect implementation of the HACCP plans at the plants. - She/he provides training for the Q&FS teams on the procedures to implement in production facilities. _HACCP app - digital tool_ - She/he is responsible for the harmonization at global level for the configuration of the app, developed to promptly monitor the HACCP critical control points at the plants in collaboration with Governance Digitalization team, IT and Q&TM. - She/he is responsible for the training to end-users (operators, shift leaders, maintenance people, Q&TM) at the plants and the support after the app roll out. - She/he supports the enhancement of the app to improve the tool adoption. _Food Défense_ - She/he coordinates the development of harmonized methodologies and global guidelines relating to Food defense. - She/he will work in strong cooperation with Food defense Central team, Q&FS regional teams and Q&TM to guarantee the perfect implementation of the Food defense HACCP plans at the plants. - She/he provides training for the Q&FS teams on the procedures to implement in facilities plans. _Food safety risks assessment and management and Q&FS Emerging risks program_ - She/he is responsible for the monitoring of the external scenario by consulting known sources of information (Alert and recall, press releases, listening room), assessing the news and coordinating communication among members of the technical teams. - She/he contributes to monitor the regulations and supports Emerging Risks Program execution and data review. - She/he is responsible for the headquarter master data for emerging risks, guarantying that the monitoring analysis of the yearly plan are executed, and the updated results are present in LIMS digital system. - She/he contributes to review and deepen the Food safety control plans data analysis to assess new Q&FS risks and to finalize the update of the Master criteria. - She/he coordinates the raw and packaging material risk assessment yearly meetings with technical experts, contributing to prepare inputs on regulation, analysis results and trends and checking the final documents. _Culture of quality_ - She/he is responsible for providing training to key stakeholders on any key facts, developments or improvements achieved in his/her field. - Scientific Bachelor - Fluent Italian and English, spoken and written. French language skills are considered an advantage. - min 3 years in Q&FS or related fields - Actively encourage others to share ideas and information is also important and facilitate highly collaborative discussions that produce widely accepted decisions. - The person should have Influence enough to drive the ideas, attitudes, and behaviour of others. - Good attitude to independently manage complex projects and nurture strong relationship. - Self-capacity to take decisions and prioritize activities. - Strong attitude for team-working and co-design - Good communication skills, to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong attitude and curiosity for Food safety topics - Attitude and curiosity for digital tools. - Availability to travel for business trips in Italy and abroad.
