Within the Procurement Department of NEXTCHEM, this role has the responsibility to procure Services related to the following Indirect categories:
* Engineering Services
* General Services
* HR (Training & Recruitment Services)
* ICT (Hardware, Software, Fixed & Mobile Telecommunications)
* Expediting & Inspection Services
* Associations & Events
* Communication and Marketing activities
* Utilities
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparation of bidder lists
* Organize and run tenders leveraging also e-Procurement System
* Economic and contractual negotiation of contracts and associated contracts terms and conditions
* Perform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awarding
* Secure compliance with internal procedures and protocols
* Identify and propose cost savings / process improvement opportunities also through constant interfacing with Group Companies
Required Skills:
* 4/5 years of Purchasing experience for categories in scope
* Experience in operating in international challenging environment
* Experience in-end-to end tender management (RFx Process). E-procurement systems knowledge is a plus. xivgfpx
* Experience in prepare and execute negotiation with suppliers both on costs and contracts Terms & Conditions
* Experience in contract preparation
* Ability to interface and manage Internal Stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Problem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
* Team player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
* Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and SAP
* Availability to travel for short period in Italy and abroad.
Education: University Degree in Business & Economics or Engineering is a plus
