Role : Technical Support Specialist (remote-based in Italy or Germany). Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will provide second-level support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting on
Automation Platforms. You will drive service targets while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and retention. You will apply critical thinking to rapidly repair instrumentation, train customers and Service Engineers, support the Applications Team, and verify operational performance and data quality of systems to support the commercial organization.
You will operate independently in Italian/Germany territory and, when needed, across Europe (overnight travel may be required) to provide excellent customer service while installing and maintaining automation instrumentation and systems in hospital and standalone laboratory environments. We work as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor, and provide experienced technical support.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Biomedical engineer or equivalent.
At least 5 years of Technical Support, Field Service experience with Diagnostics market.
Early careers are welcome but with troubleshooting experience gained during Thesis or Internships.
Proficient English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Ability to travel and provide service across the country as well as periodic travel to other European countries and overnight travel. A current valid driver’s license is required.

Analytical mindset, able to analyze data, identify problems and find effective solutions.
