Job Purpose The Operational Excellence Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing improvement opportunities and support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the API Manufacturing Plants. This role, reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, aims to improve process efficiencies, reduce costs, enhance product quality, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Cost Reduction and Efficiency
