LHH We are searching for an analytical and business-driven Demand Planner to lead the demand planning process for our client, a global provider of innovative chemical products. This role drives the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring a reliable 24-month rolling forecast and supporting long-term planning and budgeting. The ideal candidate brings strong forecasting expertise, experience with statistical methods, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams. Responsabilità - Lead the monthly forecasting process and maintain a 24-month rolling forecast. - Analyze trends, monitor changes, and communicate key insights to Supply Planning and Commercial teams. - Evaluate forecast accuracy and support the transition toward structured, statistical forecasting processes. - Support demand planning for NPD, product transitions, and slow/obsolete inventory analysis. - Prepare consensus reports and contribute to the IBP cycle, facilitating regional review meetings. - Use Oracle Cloud Supply Chain tools and develop interim Excel solutions during system transitions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and global regions to harmonize planning practices.
