Commissioning Manager – Data Centre

We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to support the delivery of a data centre project in Milan. The role will lead commissioning activities from pre-commissioning through integrated systems testing and handover, ensuring all systems are delivered safely and in line with client and industry standards.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the full commissioning process (Levels 1–5)
Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules and procedures
Coordinate with design, construction and project teams to ensure readiness
Review and approve commissioning documentation and test scripts
Chair commissioning meetings and report progress and risks
Support handover, client training and transition to operations
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and client requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
English and Italian required
