Our Supply Chain Department for our office in Segrate (MI) is looking for a candidate to support the Demand Planning process for the wholesale South in assigned Cluster. By maintaining an accurate demand forecast, the job holder significantly contributes to the success of the Demand Planning organization in Europe and ultimately to the success of the entire business unit Triumph Europe – involving both brands – Triumph and sloggi. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliOwnership of a subset of the Triumph and sloggi assortment merchandised in the Wholesale Channel of the cluster. /li /brliResponsible for the entire monthly forecast process, including cleansing history data and maintaining baseline forecast with the support of mathematical forecast models embedded in IBP, alert monitoring tools, analysis of historical data and market insights from Sales / BM. /li /brliTracking, analyzing and maintaining promotional activities and listing / de-listings as aligned with the commercial teams. /li /brliVerification and plausibility check of data entries of the commercial organization before consolidation and submission to the central planning team. /li /brliParticipation in monthly alignment meetings with relevant commercial stakeholders (buying merchandising teams, key account manager, sales reps, marketing) and driving these where appropriate. /li /brliAlignment of the demand plan with the sales forecast. /li /brliAdjustment of novelty forecast during pre-sales process in line with projection tool results and Sales input. /li /brliMaintain novelty demand forecast in line with the point of no return. /li /brliMaintenance of order entry blocks and delivery dates in line with information from the Novelty Launch Management team. /li /brliMonitoring significant mismatches between the forecast and actual sell-in demand, explaining discrepancies and adjusting forecast accordingly (supported by an alert monitor). /li /brliCollaborating with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams to gather input, understand business needs, and ensure alignment. /li /brliPerform cluster-relevant reporting and data analysis. /li /brliMonitor availability of products against time-critical customer orders and escalate where appropriate. /li /brliIdentify areas for improvement in demand planning processes and work to implement solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency. /li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliAt least 1 year of experience in demand planning /li /brliBachelor's degree is nice to have /li /brliFluent in English and Italian, written and spoken /li /brliStrong analytical skills /li /brliAdvanced level of Excel is a must have.
