Join to apply for the Italian Payroll Specialist role at CloudPay Role Pitch Our fast-growing team in Italy is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist specializing in Italian payroll. This position will be responsible for the operational processing of payrolls along with other CloudPay global payroll operations teams. The Italian Payroll Specialist will ensure the accuracy of payroll and all payroll-related information. Please submit your English CV. Key Responsibilities Process multiple payrolls accurately, on time, and efficiently for clients. Analyze payroll-related information for accurate fund and payroll distribution. Partner with Implementation Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers from Project Delivery to Operations. Support parallel runs and testing for new requirements. Reconcile pre-processing reports to verify information accuracy before payroll processing. Research discrepancies in payroll information / documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Deliver payroll and ensure timely employee salary payments in line with SLAs and expectations. Maintain payroll records and files for compliance and audit purposes. Assist in validating payroll requirements to ensure proper setup and configuration. Attributes and Experience Required Strong experience in Italian payroll processing. Knowledge of Italian legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting. Experience with payroll software and MS Office; Zucchetti experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
