For our Grid Connection and Transformers Service Unit based in Monselice/Milan we are looking for a HSE Specialist.
How You ́ll Make An Impact
* Develop and implement policies and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace.
* Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and working conditions.
* Investigate accidents and liaising with engineers, management, and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
* Provide advice and training on safety protocols.
* Conduct audits and inspections on site to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to employee health and safety and to environmental conditions.
* Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern and provide information required by regulatory agencies.
* Conduct risk assessments.

Your background
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related to HSE field.
* Previous work experience (2-3 years) in HSE management
* Interest for the industrial field.
* Proactivity, attention to details and good communication skills
* You are fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
