Responsibilities
Manage the mise en place.
Welcome guests.
Clean and maintain the order.
Support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the hall service in compliance with the standards, production procedures, and HACCP standards.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of English.
At least one year of experience in a 4-star hotel.
Organizational skills, communication, customer orientation, collaboration.
Additional Information
Fixed-term contract (April - September **** renewable).
CCNL Tourism.
Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off.
No room and board.
Internal training at management level and operational protocols.
Specific training for Relais & Chateaux evaluation criteria and main regulations.
HR Relais & Chateaux circuit insertion plan.
