Responsibilities

* Introduce customers to the Golden world, explaining the heritage and values of the Brand.
* Craft a complete and personalized Golden total look for clients, capturing their dreams and reflecting their personality.
* Assist customers in expressing their personality through ideal dream looks, supporting store business objectives.
* Engage actively in the sales process by providing product insights, recommending items, and implementing up-selling and cross-selling strategies.
* Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships, making clients feel relevant in the Golden Family, embracing omnichannel practices, leveraging digital tools and communication methods to ensure customers receive updates, recommendations, and personalized offers.
* Contribute to the overall store presentation, maintaining appropriate visual display and store standards, ensuring products are displayed accordingly with brand image and standards.
* Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
* Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth).
