Ph3Position of the Internal auditor department /h3 pThe EMEA Internal Audit Department is responsible for assuring the accuracy and compliance of Nidec companies’ accounting practices within the EMEA region. While the department is administratively part of Nidec Europe B.V., it maintains a direct reporting line to Nidec Japan CAIA (Corporate Administration Internal Audit) to ensure organizational independence. /p pAlthough each client entity is responsible for remediating identified issues, the Internal Audit Department facilitates improvement by monitoring progress. The objective is not only to provide assurance but also to contribute to Nidec’s business growth by providing "live" insights and strategic information to top management. /p h3Beyond Regular Audits, The Department Provides Services Such As /h3 ul liSpecial investigations (Whistleblowing) /li liJ-SOX implementation support and testing /li liMonitoring of Financial Statements (FS) for EMEA entities /li liCollaborative accounting or financial projects with relevant departments /li /ul h3Job Description Of The EMEA Internal Auditor /h3 pThe EMEA Internal Auditor (hereafter IA) will be based at the Nidec ASI S.p.A. in Cinisello Balsamo MI, reporting directly to the EMEA Internal Audit Team Leader (hereafter TL). IA is expected to fulfil the following responsibilities to ensure all EMEA entities operate in accordance with Nidec’s accounting standards and internal control regulations. /p h3Responsibilities Of IA Under Supervision Of TL /h3 ul liFinancial Data Management: Data collection, archiving, and analysis. /li liStakeholder Correspondence: Addressing general and specific accounting inquiries from client entities. /li liAudit Participation: Participating in field audits under the Team Leader's supervision (including data analysis, interviews, and physical inspections). /li liReporting: Preparing findings reports with supporting evidence for submission to the Team Leader. /li liMonitoring: Tracking improvement progress through regular interviews and evidence verification. /li /ul h3Required Education And Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Accounting or Economics. /li liRelevant experience in external audit (accounting firm) or internal audit (corporate). /li liCPA or CIA qualification is very welcome.
