Responsibilities
* Research and acquire new clients from lead management through outbound, inbound, and recall activities.
* End-to-end management of the client activation process for acquired customers.
* Prepare detailed activity reports using the company CRM (Salesforce).
* Achieve assigned targets and monitor KPIs.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in B2B telephone sales.
* University degree is preferred.
* Previous experience working with goals/KPIs.
* Knowledge of Salesforce.
* Knowledge of Excel.
