Integration and collaboration with different actors and company functions with a complete vision of the main indicators and company process. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liKnowledge and guaranteeing the required performance level of the Production Programs defined by AOP (Annual Operative Programs) in terms of quantity, quality, costs and level of service, working in collaboration with all the technical and organizational Plant structures; /li liKnowledge and application of the saturation rules of the production equipment; /li liKnowledge and application of Production Programming (defined by PO), detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels; /li liManagement of quality control by taking responsibility and valorization of the results achievement; /li liKnowledge and application of the continuous improvement tools and stimulating the purposefulness and motivation; /li liKnowledge and application of delegation mechanism. /li liResponsible of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop. /li liDOS for Work Place Organization. /li /ul h3Performance indicators knowledge /h3 ul liCritical reading of the scorecard indicators regarding the productivity; /li liCritical reading of the scorecard indicators regarding the Quality Control; /li liCritical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials ( costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…); /li liKnowledge, application and management of the indicators regarding safety at work. /li /ul h3Job position requirements /h3 pbEducation: /b University bachelor degree /p pbProfessional background: /b /p ul liAt least 3/5 years in similar roles, preferably in metalworking sector in multinational context /li /ul pbEHS, norms and procedures knowledge requirements: /b /p ul liKnowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences; /li liKnowledge of the environmental management manual, knows where the manual is archived and how it’s being updated in electronic format; /li liKnowledge and application of the management system on safety and health at work; /li liKnowledge of the safety politics, general procedures, operative procedures and use of appropriate forms and registers; /li liKnowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk. /li /ul pbKnowledge on Products and Processes: /b /p ul liAdvanced knowledge of all processes related to the Shop; /li liAdvanced knowledge of all products related to the Shop and their final destination; /li liKnowledge of the criteria and types of rework activity in the Shop; /li liKnowledge of all phases of production line and adequate tools used in the Shop; /li liAdvanced knowledge of work cycles and methods related to the Shop /li liGood knowledge of Lean Man /li liKnowledge and contribution to the definition of the Plant budget and budget of Shop; /li liKnowledge of the costs of raw materials and costs of transformation in every single phase, and monitoring of all the deviations /li /ul pIT Skills: Good knowledge Office (Excel, word,…) /p pEnglish proficiency required (min B2) /p h3Considered as a plus /h3 pSAP Knowledge /p ul liAbility to manage multiple project /li /ul p“If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
