What Impact Will You Have?
The Maintenance Compliance Officer will act as a bridge between the Compliance, Engineering, and Safety departments. You’ll be responsible for monitoring maintenance activities, verifying compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role with real impact, ensuring the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance across our maintenance operations.
Overview of Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily inspections of ongoing maintenance activities
· Verify compliance with procedures, materials, tools, and release-to-service protocols
· Perform quality checks on maintenance Work Packs
· Review procedures with maintenance staff in line with Safety Management System principles
· Monitor safety performance against policy and objectives
· Act as Safety Focal Point for Part 145 operations
· Support additional product audits as needed
Required Qualifications:
· Degree or high school diploma in aeronautical discipline or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation, including 1 year in quality control
· Solid understanding of aviation maintenance and production processes
· Knowledge of EASA Part 145 and Part 21 interrelations
· Familiarity with Safety Management System principles in a Part 145 environment
· Complex Aircraft General Familiarization course
· Ability to identify non-compliances effectively and promptly
· High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
· Strong teamwork and problem-solving attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience as an auditor
· Experience with SAP, Centrik, and Corridor systems
· Prior experience as a Safety Focal Point or in a compliance-related role
· Additional certifications in quality assurance or safety management

* Contract Type: Defined based on the candidate’s experience and seniority level
* Working Hours: Flexible working hours, typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
