The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As we are growing in the region, we are looking for a Country Marketerto join our Solventum Medical Surgical team in Pioltello, Milan. Dedicated to our Advanced Wound Careproducts portfolio, will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Driving demand generation through local activation and engagement (end-user, segments, through channel, sales enablement) - Leading localization and creation of marketing programs and asset to generate demand at end users level and support sales organization - Working collaboratively with local teams to provide insight on competition, end user and digital trends - Collaborate with Clinical, Sales Specialists and Medical Science Liaisons to support in Educational events, clinical education, and Congresses - Delivering marketing materials, New Product Commercialization and programs to ensure successful execution of growth programs - Manage A&M budget for the assigned Portfolio Your Skills and Expertise - Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Marketing/Business Administration/Communications or related Business fields - Relevant Marketing experience within Health Care/Medical Device industry (Specific Advance Would care knowledge/experience ideally) - Track record of strategic and tactical thinking and planning - Ability to forge strong internal relationships with multiple stakeholders - Experience in marketing plan execution and delivery - Proficiency in English (spoken and written) Location: Hybrid (job duties allow for some remote work, however the position will be required onsite at our office in Pioltello, Milan, around two times per week) Travel: Might be required to travel to Clients and Events in Italy (up to 20% of the time) Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
