The Role: Marketing Services Intern
At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Services Intern to join our team in Milan.
Your Impact
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the management of purchase orders, invoices and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal processes.
- Coordinate with external partners to collect and manage insertion orders, SOWs and campaign-related documentation.
- Maintain and update the creative tracker to ensure visibility on all marketing activities and asset status.
- Act as a liaison between Media and Creative teams to manage asset delivery and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
- Support the delivery and tracking of campaign assets to media partners, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met.
- Assist in reporting activities by collecting, organising and maintaining data related to paid media campaigns and partner interactions.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing & Communications or similar
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing data and documentation.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with finance or procurement processes or tools (e.g. Ariba) is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
