Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Strategic Marketing & Customer Engagement Department. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer service departments and working within an aftersales department in the home appliance industry.
1. To ensure customers have a positive experience with Polti's products, throughout the entire customer journey. This involves not only managing external customer service but also proactively seeking ways to enhance the overall customer experience on a more strategic level.
2. Manage daily our customer service provider ensuring they meet KPIs in terms of costs and quality.• Coordinate with local teams in Italy and other countries giving guidance related to processes including returns and after sales general procedures.
The ideal candidate should possess strong digital mindset skills as well as technical knowledge of appliances like ironing machines steam mops vacuum cleaners these skills will be highly valued during application evaluation process
