The role involves handling a range of clerical tasks, maintaining documentation, assisting with basic data entry, and supporting routine finance and reporting activities. /ppThis position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /ppbr / /ppstrongJob Responsibilities /strong /pulliProvide general administrative support to the Finance team and local management /liliAssist with document preparation, data entry, and maintenance of financial and office records /liliSupport internal reporting processes by preparing simple summaries and organizing supporting documents /liliCoordinate with internal departments to gather required information or resolve queries /liliHelp prepare routine reports, forms, and correspondence /liliMaintain orderly filing systems (digital and paper-based) /liliAssist with basic office logistics, including scheduling, mailing, scanning, and photocopying /liliHelp track and organize internal documentation for audits or reviews /liliSupport month-end and year-end administrative processes as needed /liliCarry out general office errands or outdoor tasks when required /liliAssist with the entire invoicing cycle /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongJob Requirements /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field /liliAdditional master’s degree will be considered a plus. /lili1–2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a business or finance setting /liliStrong organizational and multitasking skills /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook /liliGood communication skills in both Italian and English /liliHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation /liliSelf-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team /liliWork location: Leonardo Da Vinci Fiumicino Airport - Rome /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat to expect: /strong /pulliDynamic and international environment /liliProfessional growth opportunities /liliInternal development training /liliSmart working options /liliMeal vouchers /liliAnnual performance review with potential productivity bonus /liliReimbursement for parking or public transport pass /li /ul
