On behalf of one of our clients, a world-renowned iconic brand with HQ in the North-East of Italy, we are looking for a HR BUSINESS PARTNER. Posizione: The HR Business Partner, under the supervision of the HR Director, will: - Provide guidance and advice to employees supporting their performance and development; - Plan and monitor KPIs; - Monitor all phases of the recruitment, selection and evaluation process; - Take ownership of the Executive Search activities for highly skilled profiles; - Participate in international HR activities. Requisiti: - Proven experience in similar roles; - Excellent communication and relational skills; - Experience with conflict resolution. The profile is completed by: - Fluent knowledge of the English language; - University degree in Business / Law; - Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package; - Precision and discretion; - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
