Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Treasury Specialist
Treasury Specialist supports the Treasury Manager in the operational management of the treasury. He/She checks bank transactions, manages relations with banks, and ensures compliance with financial procedures.
Responsibilities
* Reconcile bank transactions in Piteco, ensuring the accuracy of transactions.
* Monitor bank balances, assisting the team in the daily management of liquidity.
* Support maintaining contact with banks for day-to-day operational matters.
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management.
* Perform bank monthly reconciliation of treasury operations.
* Monitor the expiration dates of bank guarantees, prepare, verify and submit documentation to banks; review texts during negotiations with suppliers.
* Assist the treasury manager in administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
* Nice to have: 2 or more years of experience in a similar job position.
* Good English proficiency, both verbal and written.
* Strong organizational skills, problem solving ability, confidentiality, attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.
Computer Skills
* Excellent computer skills.
* Knowledge of treasury tools and SAP; familiarity with Piteco software is preferred.
