Your Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our small, high-impact team.
You’ll work closely with the CTO and product team to design, build, and scale new features — from intelligent onboarding workflows to AI-assisted therapist dashboards.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves ownership, clean architecture, and building with purpose.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end features using React and TypeScript.
- Design and deploy scalable services on AWS (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, Cognito).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with the CTO on system architecture and technical decisions.
- Ensure security and compliance best practices (data protection, privacy).
- Review code, improve developer workflows, and mentor junior contributors.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind
- Backend: Node.js / .NET (depending on module)
- Cloud: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Cognito)
- DevOps: GitHub Actions, IaC (Terraform or CDK)
- AI Layer: Azure OpenAI (NLP and analytics features)
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional development experience.
- Strong knowledge of React and component-based architecture.
- Proven experience deploying and managing apps on AWS.
- Solid understanding of GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in health-tech or AI products.
- Familiarity with serverless architectures.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
