Do you aspire to establish and maintain assurance capabilities on a global scale for effective security compliance oversight? /p h3Security Risk and Audit Manager /h3 pAs the Security Risk and Audit Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying, assessing and mitigating security risks within the CISO Office to ensure the Automotive business stays compliant and resilient whilst delivering innovation and business enablement. /p pAs a highly visible member within the Security Assurance function, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations through regular audits, risk assessments, and the implementation of robust security controls. /p pThis is a high‑impact role and a key advisor to the CISO on information security risk posture and audit readiness. This role involves building a culture of accountability and continuous improvements in security policies and capabilities across all security, IT, and business functions. /p h3Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize security risks across systems, processes, and third‑party relationships. /li liPlan, execute, and report on internal and external audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. /li liCreate and implement plans with close collaboration with Group, IT, and business functions to reduce identified risks and monitor their effectiveness. /li liEstablish and implement a consistent framework to manage thorough audit delivery, execution and mitigation. /li liWork with supply chain to deliver continuous 3rd party risk management. /li liMaintain adherence to standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NIS2 and other relevant frameworks applicable to Automotive with stakeholders. /li liAlign the security risk register with the ERM register to ensure consistent mapping of risks. /li liContinuously update and manage the security risk register with current threats and mitigation status. /li liWork with IT, legal, HR, and operations to embed security into business processes and decision‑making. /li liDesign and deliver training programs to promote a culture of security and compliance. /li liProvide regular updates on risk posture, audit outcomes, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. /li liFacilitate business impact assessments and continuity plans for resilient business operations. /li /ul h3We expect you to have/be /h3 ul liAn experienced assurance manager with several years of experience and an extensive understanding of risk management concepts who can apply them at a technical level. /li liA proven successful leader with experience of setting up risk and audit capabilities from the ground up both internally and externally to deliver tangible deliverables. /li liGood understanding of technical security capabilities to drive risk management across all security domains. /li liStrong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., TISAX, NIST, ISO 27001). /li liA natural problem‑solver with the ability to act fast and decisively under pressure. /li liExcellent communication and collaboration skills, and can educate, inform, and engage stakeholders at all levels. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with other departments to integrate security into business processes and ensure a holistic approach to cybersecurity. /li liAn academic degree and cybersecurity certification in the relevant field, or equivalent working experience. /li /ul pSKF is committed to creating a diverse environment, and we firmly believe that a diverse workforce is essential for our continued success.
