Operations Support PURPOSE OF THE JOB Operational support for the customers assigned. Review and maximize operational monitoring and communications. Help to optimize operational processes reducing costs and increasing efficiency and service level. KEY ACTIVITIES This role will be based in our newly opened warehouse in Brembio (LO), Italy and will be reporting directly to the Site Manager. Warehouse operations: - Support the supervision of warehouse operations flows. - Archiving of documents relating to the site and damage report management operations. - Support all warehouse storage and inventory control activities. - Monitoring of carrier bookings for daily loading and unloading. - Monitoring of punctuality in preparation and loading/unloading to meet customer expectations. - Checking cyclical counts in the system and physically. - Support and management of IB&OB reports (anomaly reporting). - Improve warehouse processes and systems: - Supporting/helping to identify deviations from processes and translating them into ideas for improvement. Customer contact: - Support supervisors in relation to the customer with regard to: - Daily production - On time delivery/respect of KPIs - On time loading/unloading Reports’ management: - Collect data and update reports on planned inbound and outbound operations. PROFILE - COMPETENCE - Diploma/Bachelor degree. - Languages: fluent Italian, good English. - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. - Practical mindset, willingness to take initiative on new opportunities and achieve goals.
