Your Role And Responsibilities Academic education in the field of business with a bachelor's degree or higher At least 7 years of subject-specific experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in the automotive environment At least 7 years of managerial experience (incuding project management) Solid experience in dealing with stakeholders on different levels Fluent English (spoken and written) High level of business orientation Flexibility and willingness to travel to the MAHLE locations in Italy Our Offer We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
