Ph3Main purpose of the role /h3 pWithin the Group Regulatory Affairs Department, the new resource will work closely with Marketing and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance of Prize promotions with relevant laws at national and international level. /p pIn addition, the resource will provide legal support to regulatory activities aimed at ensuring conformity of toys and consumer products and related contracts. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liManage the compliance of Prize promotions worldwide, evaluating relevant regulatory requirements /li liAssess project feasibility in terms of mechanics, prizes, eligibility, etc. /li liEnsure compliance of communication (product labels, websites, social media, advertisement, etc.) /li liSupport international projects and coordinate activities with colleagues worldwide /li liResearch, monitor and analyze applicable legislation (e.g. consumer law), reporting regulatory developments to internal stakeholders /li liContact with authorities, local agencies and consultants /li liManage consumer complaints and regulatory enforcement for prize promotions, toys and consumer products (complaints, sanctions, administrative cases, etc.) /li liDraft supply agreements for toys and consumer products /li liSupport compliance activities for toys and consumer products /li /ul h3Our Perfect Candidate /h3 ul liDegree in Law preferred, but open to other education background /li liEnglish oral and written proficiency level, other languages highly appreciated /li liAlmost 2 years’ experience in consumer products or business services within Legal or Regulatory department, Law firm or agency.
