You'll work closely with country teams and central functions to support operational performance, process standardisation and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and standardise core asset management and SPV governance processes across the portfolio, including reporting, insurance claims, budgeting inputs and day-to-day operational administrationSupport O&M strategy implementation at portfolio level, working with Procurement and internal stakeholders to improve performance, manage framework agreements and identify OPEX savingsCoordinate portfolio-level budgeting and cost tracking in collaboration with Planning & Control, ensuring strong visibility of expenditure and operational performanceAct as a key point of contact across internal systems, Energy Markets and wider COO functions, helping align asset management activities with trading strategy, compliance and internal processesSupport strategic and business-critical initiatives across the portfolio, including new asset onboarding, ESG reporting, refinancing, ERP improvements and wider operational optimisation projectsKey RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience in asset management, operations or a similar portfolio-level role within renewable energy or powerStrong understanding of O&M activities, site-level operations and QHSE requirements across operational assetsGood knowledge of energy market dynamics, operational performance drivers and asset-level commercial considerationsExperience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, alongside strong IT skills including Microsoft OfficeStrong project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with a good xpavfwm understanding of financial and accounting principles, including IFRSWhy JoinJoin a well-backed and established renewable energy platform with a strong international footprint and significant operational asset baseTake on a highly visible role with exposure across multiple markets, technologies and senior internal stakeholdersBe part of a business continuing to invest in growth, optimisation and long-term portfolio performanceWork in a role that offers operational, commercial and strategic exposure rather than purely site-level asset managementExcellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their impact within a sophisticated, international renewables environment
