Together, let\'s build a brighter, healthier future for all. /p h3Role /h3 pWe are looking for a curious, motivated, and team-oriented Packaging Engineer Trainee for a b1-year fixed-term contract /b to join our team and help drive continuous packaging improvement and execution excellence. /p h3Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and Maintain accurate Technical Product Specifications for packaging materials and ensure that technical product specs are appropriately documented. /li liEnsure products are launched on time, and that operating efficiencies, quality and scrap rates are within predefined limits. /li liSupport production start-up and post launch phase. /li liProvide technical assistance for managing complaints/issues and dealing with suppliers. /li liDrive continuous improvements and saving projects. /li liDevelop packaging materials reducing costs, ensuring undamaged products and minimizing waste for consumers. /li liHelp drive continuous packaging quality improvement among incumbent supplier base. /li liProvide effective technical support to Operations, Marketing, Quality, Procurement and Engineering teams. /li liTroubleshooting packaging quality issues. /li liProvide print production support to the Design AW team when needed. /li /ul h3Needed Skills /h3 ul liHave knowledge and/or interest of packaging development and technical processes. /li liHave knowledge of common packaging materials and how they impact design execution (labels, paperboards, films, etc). /li liWorking knowledge of packaging design, adaptation processes. /li liWorking knowledge of basic office applications (Google, SAP, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc). /li liStrong communicator. Proficiency in understanding and being understood by technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liTechnical depth. Ability to understand technical state of the packaging projects and have problem solving and multitasking skills. /li liManaging ambiguity.
