A Day in the Life
Medtronic Integrated Health Solutions, established over ten years ago, partners with hospitals to improve operational efficiency and drive transformational change focusing on catheterization labs, operating rooms, care pathways, and team development.
Reporting to the General Manager at the NGC Medical office in Turate (CO), the EA&IHS; Comm & Marketing Associate supports the Integrated Health Solutions business in Italy by creating local marketing contents, localizing European communication campaigns and supporting Medtronic comm and marketing efforts in Italy. The role collaborates with Business Development, Operating Units, Enterprise Accounts, and other departments within Medtronic. The position requires working in the NGC Medical office in Turate (Como) 3 days a week, offering significant flexibility.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Production of EA&IHS; comm and marketing contents (case studies, customer’s videos, …)
- Design and execution of editorial plans
- Localization of EA&IHS; Play Big communication
- Marketing support for local events and press coverage
- Fully autonomous in managing NGC website and LinkedIn communication
- Supports senior leadership in communicating to external and internal audiences
- Selected Executive Admin tasks (estimated 10% of total activity)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
- Fluent in Italian and English with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.G. LinkedIn, social media, email marketing tools)
- Basic understanding of brand management and corporate communications principles
- Experience with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness (e.G., Google Analytics)
