We are seeking a Junior R&D; Engineer to support product development and process improvement in the field of injection molding and material formulation .

This role is ideal for candidates with early-stage experience in industrial R&D;, especially within plastics or rubber-related sectors.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in R&D;
- Educational background in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering or related STEM fields
- Experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Rubber Formulation
- Manufacturing industries involving polymer materials
✅ Experience in medical devices is a strong plus\n
- Knowledge of polymer materials (plastics / rubber)
- Familiarity with:
- Material testing and validation
Candidates must be fluent in Chinese, plus one of the following:\n
Trilingual candidates (Italian + English + Chinese) are highly preferred

- Collaborate with China-based teams for R&D; coordination
- Support product design, testing, and validation
- Assist in optimizing injection molding processes and material performance
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- This is an on-site position in Italy
