Responsibilities\nThe candidate will join the IT department of the parent company MARPOSS S.p.A. and will be part of the IT Operations team. They will be responsible for participating in the management and technological support of the entire network infrastructure of the company and the MARPOSS Group, developing and governing the life cycle of various systems and technologies, together with the IT teams of other companies in the Group.\nProfile Passion for IT, particularly hardware, operating systems, and physical and virtual networking, both on-premises and in the cloud\nBasic knowledge of scripting, programming, databases, and security\nExtensive experience in managing Linux and Windows systems\nExtensive experience in managing switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, and directories\nSolid experience with network protocols and major cloud technologies\nExperience in managing telecommunications, wired, DECT, and cellular networks and related fixed, mobile, and smartphone devices\nWillingness to learn more about the operational, architectural, and management aspects of IT\nWillingness to travel occasionally and for short periods\nAptitude for maintaining service levels, managing complex systems, and troubleshooting, including in collaboration with other teams\nOfficial certifications, e.g., in networking (e.g., Cisco), operating systems (e.g., Windows), or management (e.g., ITIL, PMP), will be considered a plus An aptitude for planning, architectural design of IT solutions and integrations, and the creation of architectural and operational documentation will also be considered a preferred requirement for the selection of the candidate.\nThis position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77).\nCompensation and benefits\nCompensation and benefits will be related to the effective experience of the candidate.
