In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. You’ll play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our platform, and supporting deal closures. /b /p pbYou will report to your Team Lead and work closely with our Inside Sales Team, who will support you throughout the sales process and during the final stages of contract closing. /b /p h3What You’ll Do: /h3 ul libCreate Opportunities /b – Be the first point of contact with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities. /li libStrategic Prospecting /b – Use cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn to generate a qualified pipeline for the Account Executive team. /li libManage the Sales Funnel /b – Qualify leads and ensure every opportunity moves forward in the sales cycle. /li libMarket Research Analysis /b – Identify new industries, sectors, and target audiences to maximize growth potential. /li libCollaborate with Marketing Sales /b – Optimize outreach strategies and improve lead conversion. /li libTrack Performance /b – Use our CRM to monitor activities and continuously refine your engagement strategy. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul libProven Experience /b as an SDR or in a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting targets. /li libDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) /b, with a proven track record in executing high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate and qualify leads. /li libCloser Mentality /b – You love challenges, thrive in competition, and are driven by results. /li libExcellent Communication Skills /b – You know how to grab a prospect’s attention and move them to the next step. /li libStrategic Thinker /b – You find creative ways to generate new opportunities. /li libAmbitious Growth-Oriented /b – This role is a launchpad for a successful sales career! /li libFluency in Italian (native level) /b to communicate with customers, and badvanced proficiency in English (B2/C1) /b for internal communication. /li /ul h3Wellbeing Culture /h3 ul libEquipment /b: high quality laptop, headset, extra keyboard, mouse, smartphone /li libBenefits /b: ul liBook ordering on Amazon (regarding your professional area) /li liPaid working days for conventions and advanced training (after prior approval) /li liFree company workshops, trainings and team buildings /li liPaid English or German language course (500 € budget) /li liPartnership with Serenis (online psychotherapy platform) - three paid sessions /li liFree coffee and snacks /li /ul /li /ul pbAdministrative Info /b: /p ul libContract /b: Every Alfa begins their journey with a 1-year fixed-term contract with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term. /li libSalary range /b: 30,000€ + 6,000€ commissions cap /li libLocation /b: Milano, Via Eritrea n.
