1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsWe are looking for a strategic and versatile Global Pricing Specialist to join the newly established Global Pricing Excellence Function of our Client, supporting us in shaping and implementing the Company’s pricing vision across all Regions and BUs. This role offers a rare opportunity to help strengthen global pricing capabilities from the ground up (governance, processes, tools and strategy) within a multinational and innovative environment.Unlike traditional pricing roles, this position goes beyond executing standard pricing tasks. The successful candidate will act as a key contributor to transformative pricing projects that impact markets globally, working at the intersection of data, technology, commercial strategy, and organizational change.ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and rollout of global pricing governance, frameworks, and cross-functional processes.Contribute to the definition and maintenance of global price corridors and pricing policies, ensuring alignment with business strategy.Assist in the development and deployment of pricing tools, systems, and data dashboards in collaboration with IT, Finance and Business Intelligence teams.Lead or participate in pricing-related projects, including analytics initiatives, process mapping, training programs, and change management efforts.Analyze pricing performance, market trends, and customer segments to provide actionable insights and enable data-driven decision making.Collaborate with regional and local teams (marketing, finance, commercial, market access, etc.) to ensure pricing consistency and governance across markets.Support the definition and tracking of pricing KPIs and performance metrics.Serve as a change agent and pricing ambassador, fostering pricing excellence across the organization.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required.Master’s degree or MBA is a plusProfessional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills3-6 years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue growth management or commercial excellence, ideally within the life sciences, medical device or consultancy firms.Experience in global or regional roles involving cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries is preferred.Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and drive initiatives with diverse stakeholders.Solid understanding of B2B pricing strategies, methodologies and value-based pricing principles.Advanced analytical skills; expert-level proficiency in Excel (data modeling, power query) and Power BI.
