Ph3About The Role /h3 pAs a CBRE Technical Contract Support, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liManage the buying process for a given set of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets /li liCollaborate with the technical area in order to buy and deliver the materials requested on time and in the right place /li liEnsure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations /li liProvide technical / commercial assistance to the Sourcing team when they are involved in any RFP /li liApply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. /li liActively participate in supplier performance reviews /li liMonitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers /li liResearch and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible /li liDeliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required /li liEnsure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures /li liExplore alternate sources for goods and materials /li liPrepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements /li liContact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issue /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. /li liAbility to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. /li liExperience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. /li liIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) /li liOrganizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
