This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our commercial operations, ensuring our CRM platform delivers accurate, reliable insights that drive performance and inform decision‑making. /p h3Principle Accountabilities /h3 ul liManage, maintain and enhance Salesforce CRM and BI systems, collaborating with offshore technical teams /li liEnsure data integrity through effective data mining, maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems /li liLead UAT testing, support release cycles and drive continuous system improvements /li liConfigure Salesforce, including data mapping, workflow design and sales process optimisation /li liProduce and maintain user documentation, training materials and provide ongoing user support /li liDevelop and deliver reports, dashboards and KPI analysis, including ad hoc performance insights for Trade Sales initiatives /li /ul h3Skills and Experience Required /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience in Business Intelligence and CRM administration, with a strong understanding of data‑driven performance management /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access, including the development of VBA and macros to automate processes /li liWorking knowledge of Salesforce CRM to support sales force management and reporting /li liSolid understanding of CRM and BI system architecture, with the ability to optimise data structures and workflows /li liStrong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, performance tracking, and problem‑solving /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work proactively and effectively within cross‑functional teams in a multinational environment /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pIn return for playing your part in building our future, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package with salary, bonus scheme and further benefits as well inspiring places to work and collaborate with purpose.
