Organization The position reports to the Customer Service Coordinator. Responsibilities: Contact with customers regarding orders and returns Order entry and management Collaboration with the production planning, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure proper scheduling of production and product shipments Requirements: University degree preferably in languages; a specialization abroad in language studies is also appreciated Excellent knowledge of English and at least one additional language, preferably German Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to organize work independently and effectively, and strong customer orientation are essential
