Based in our HQ of Milan, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment of intern, junior and middle management profiles related to Corporate and Industrial areas, plus the seasonal sales campaigns of Versace and Versace Jeans Couture. In addition, the resource will coordinate all interns during their path within the company, referring to a dedicated Internship Program.
Responsibilities
* Recruitment: Manage autonomously the recruiting process of intern, junior and middle management profiles (alignment with the hiring manager, job posting on selected channels, CV screening, phone interviews, online or face to face interviews, presentation of the short list, participation during final interviews, definition of the offer, appropriate feedbacks).
* Recruitment for Showroom Sellers and Assistants for seasonal sales campaigns of Versace and Versace Jeans Couture (alignment with the external agency, participation during interviews with hiring managers, appropriate feedbacks).
* Work closely with other HR teams (HR Business Partners of Corporate and Industrial areas, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to guarantee fluency and consistency of the recruiting process from start to end.
* Guarantee HRIS platform and all additional internal databases are always updated and accurate.
* Internship Program: Act as point of reference for all company interns during their path within the company, from the selection process to their onboarding and performance evaluation with their tutors.
Profile
* At least 2 / 3 years of experience within a structured international company or recruiting agency. Knowledge of the Fashion & Luxury industry and/or recruitment of profiles for seasonal sales campaigns is a plus.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Good knowledge of a HRIS system, preferably Workday.
* Empathetic, relational and team-working attitude.
* Strong organizational and proactive skills, ability to manage time and respect deadlines.
* Flexibility and ability to work in a high-paced environment.
* Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
* A previous – even short – experience abroad will be considered as a plus.
