This involves being a business partner to the Construction and Operations teams for projects budget follow-up and risk assessment, and defining and ensuring the application of standardized best practices across the Group. This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage several topics simultaneously, and analytical skills. /p pThe Capex Financial Controller reports to the Capex Controlling Manager and collaborates closely with various stakeholders: local Finance teams, Project Capex Control Manager in the Construction team, and members of the Group Management Board. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pAs a Capex Financial Controller, your responsibilities will consist of: /p ul liControlling: ul liVerifying application of processes for Purchase Orders (analytical codes, controlling of allocations) /li liFor each project, contributing to the structuring a pluri-annual and annual budget follow-up /li liReconciliation between paid capex, accounting, debt drawdowns and bank statements /li /ul /li liReporting: ul liFor internal and shareholder monthly reporting: collection, formalization and review of (i) capex engaged / invoiced / paid, to be challenged and rationalized with the physical progress of works, and (ii) budget vs last estimate /li liContributing to Quarterly Board Presentation (actuals and reforecasts) /li /ul /li liCollaborating closely with: ul liConstruction team: for datacenter and infrastructure projects, consolidate, summarize and review (i) last estimated budgets by project in order to identify areas of budget overrun risks (ii) invoicing forecast /li liOperations team: for assets maintenance assist the team in performing monthly and quarterly budget follow-ups compared to maintenance plans /li liConsolidation team: contributing to inputs for quarterly consolidation and the preparation of related SOX controls. /li /ul /li liForecasting / Business Planning: ul liContributing to the yearly Business Plan update (construction, infrastructure and maintenance capex) and preparation of related SOX controls. /li liEach month and quarter, based on actuals, provide inputs for capex reforecast /li /ul /li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITES IN TERMS OF IMS CERTIFICATIONS /h3 pRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of: /p ul liHS: Respect and enforce health and safety rules. /li liEnvironment: Respect and enforce environmental policies. /li liInformation security: Respect and enforce information security policies /li liEnergy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Education and experience /h3 pMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field /p ul liMinimum 5 years relevant experience in financial controlling/audit.
