We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and creative thinking skills to manage a hospitality project workload across Europe and Africa and will report to Jensen Hughes Milan Hospitality manager.
The successful candidate should enjoy frequent travel and client interaction as part of their work.
This is a client facing role and therefore a solid technical understanding along with excellent communication and organisational skills are a must.

We are committed to creating a culture of trust, integrity and professional growth, placing people first and fostering a connected, inclusive environment.ResponsibilitiesManage projects and coordinate technical workload of hospitality projects implementing a variety of Fire & Life Safety consulting projects across Europe and Africa.Willing to travel extensively (over 50%) mainly across Europe but potentially also Africa to support hospitality meetings, workshops, and inspections.Attend client project and design meetings, manage project expectations, and complete assigned tasks on schedule and within budget as the Jensen Hughes representative in Europe and Africa.Prepare and present technical reports and presentations according to established procedures.Work in a team within a well-structured organization and progressively carry out design reviews with increased autonomy.Participate in various levels of business development, including meetings and presentations with clients and developing proposals.Requirements And QualificationsTechnical degree in any engineering specialty.Past experience in site inspection, code consulting, design of fire suppression and alarm systems, or developing performance-based strategies in a project design environment is a plus but not mandatory.Chartered Engineer or PE is desirable.Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.Excellent report writing and interpersonal skills.Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
Ability to present clear and technically sound fire protection engineering strategies, speak in public, negotiate, explain concepts, and enforce standards while strengthening relationships under pressure.Italian language skills are required; additional European languages such as German and French are desirable.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a drive to contribute to the long-term growth of Jensen Hughes.Equal Opportunity Employer.
