As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will support sales efficiency across Italy and the DACH region through process execution, data analysis, and cross‐functional collaboration. You will work with local and central teams to align operations, address issues, and implement improvements. You'll assist in sales target setting, compensation processes, and project work that enhances sales impact. You will build dashboards and present insights to drive business reviews. This role offers hands‐on impact in a dynamic, multi‐country environment with a strong focus on data and collaboration.

* Provide day‐to‐day support to the Sales team on processes, including guidance and issue resolution

Responsabilità
* 2+ years experience supporting a sales team in an operational or analytical capacity
* Detail‐oriented, data‐driven with strong analytical mindset
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
* Problem‐solving mindset and curiosity about processes and systems
* Excellent xivgfpx communication and organizational skills
* Proactive with autonomy and ownership in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment
* Native or fluent Italian and professional fluency in English
