Ideal candidates exhibit good skills, many years of experience and possible Certifications in one or more of the following areas:
Requirements
* Microsoft or Linux systems, preferably in an enterprise environment.
* Virtualization technologies (VMware).
* Application server.
* DevOps and Cloud technologies.
* Backup.
* Storage.
* Database.
* Scripting and/or programming languages.
Knowledge of:
* Basic knowledge in Networking (switches, routers, balancers) and Protocols (TCP, NFS, CIFS, etc).
* Basic knowledge in Security (Firewall, VPN, etc).
* Familiarity with Network Services such as DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.
* Ability to analyze performance and tune systems.
