Job Opportunity: Head of IT Digital Channels
We are a world leader in the search and selection of professionals and solutions aimed at growing our customers' business. For an international company in the leisure sector, we are looking for a Senior Professional with strong vertical skills in digital IT delivery.
The successful candidate will lead the IT team and build a successful partnership with the product owners of the Direct Sales organization. Challenges and opportunities stem from the target growth in the Direct Sales channels, where technological advantages are key to customer experience and business success. The ability to deliver solutions supporting the end-to-end digital customer journey is a critical success factor.
Main Responsibilities
Guarantee alignment of digital solutions with enterprise architecture guidelines and security standards.
Coordinate the delivery of IT digital projects, managing relationships with vendors and digital factories.
Constantly liaise with product owners of the Direct Sales organization to align priorities and delivery capacities.
Coordinate an internal team to ensure project success.
Key Requirements
5+ years of experience managing complex IT digital projects within global companies, system integrators, or digital start-ups/scale-ups.
Knowledge of technology ecosystems and best practices in digital.
Project management skills, PMI/PMP certification, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and drive.
Proficiency in Office 365 and collaboration tools.
Knowledge of Adobe AEM platform is a plus.
Fluent English (B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
