Airwolf 3D is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inventory and Purchasing Clerk who will play a fundamental role in ordering inventory and revenue growth objectives. The ideal candidate with be comfortable identifiying parts, ordering inventory and accounting for all transactions. This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $15 – 23 hr.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Perform a physical inventory on all finished goods, including service items, on the last workday of each month.
- Review and make all inventory adjustments, including correcting any negative on hand quantities.
- Ensure that all cycle counts of raw inventory have been performed within the last 2 weeks of the month and all adjustments have been made, including correcting any negative on hand quantities.
- Enter the quantity of each of the WIP Printers
- Run report in Quickbooks – Reports/Inventory/Inventory Valuation Summary
- Review Data:
- Verify that there are no negative On Hand quantities.
- Verify any $0 Avg Cost inventory items and correct if needed
- For items with a cost less than $0.005, report will show $0.00
- No Assembly item should show $0 for Avg. Cost. Update cost and/or enter BOM for the item, even if the inventory shows none on hand.
- Scan Avg Cost to make sure amounts look correct, especially ones with a higher than expected cost.
- Scan On-Hand quantities to make sure quantities look correct, especially ones with a higher than expected on hand quantity or one with a decimal place to ensure it is correct
- Compare the Total Inventory Value for the month to the prior month. If there is more than a 20% change, compare to verify the main differences to ensure there are no errors.
Minimum Qualifications
- At minimum should have an Associates Degree
- Proven electronic, manufacturing or assemly experience
- Proficient in Google Suite – Gmail, Sheets and Docs
- Must have experience with Quickbooks Enterprise Edition
- Experience with 3D printing or CAD is a plus
- Spanish is a plus
